Learning Leadership from a NEW MODEL

How Style Affects Your Leadership

The 2008 Leadership Conference, sponsored by Gettysburg Campfires, will feature Richard “Fritz” Klein of Springfield, Illinois, as President Lincoln, and Gettysburg Campfires’ Founder and President, Dennis Kutzner.

In this conference you will learn how styles of leadership affect those being led as well as the outcome of the leader’s influence. Is your style conducive to good leadership? Receive training from Richard “Fritz” Klein, (www.LincolnInstitute.com) as Lincoln and Dennis Kutzner of Gettysburg Campfires during their November 17 and 18 Leadership Conference at the Gettysburg Baptist Church.

Actor Richard “Fritz” Klein, as Lincoln, and Dennis Kutzner, Gettysburg Campfires’ founder, working as a team, will share valuable insights into various Leadership Styles and their effectiveness from a Civil War model of Leadership.

Klein will share Lincoln’s style and how the President used it to motivate men to reach his goal of preserving the Union during the Civil War.

Kutzner will deal with the differing Leader styles of Lee, Meade, Chamberlain, Ewell and others, and how these styles affected the battle’s outcome at Gettysburg. Go on site with your conference leaders to visualize these truths.
